    John T. McGuigan (B. Comm., MBA) has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. After spending over 12 years in banking, he opened his own accounting practice, which he operated for 15 years. John has been involved with KD Services since its inception in 1995, first as an external accountant and financial advisor, then accepted a strategic role in the organization as Director of Finance and Administration in 2004.

    Patrick Cloutier has over twenty years’ experience in the field of development/programming, analysis and integration of information technologies.     Leila Boussekkine, a trained architect, joined KD Services in 2006. Thanks to her sense of organization, her soft skills and her leadership, Leila quickly evolved within the organization and took over the head of the planning department. With nearly 15 years of experience in secondary packaging, Leila has become a strategic pillar for both the organization and all of KD’s clients.     Yonatan Lieberman is an experience financial strategist specializing in cashflow management. After completing his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Yonatan excelled working on Wall Street New York as a financial services auditor for both private and public institutions. Yonatan gained well rounded experience transitioning to Montreal undergoing stints in the custom brokerage/freight forwarding industry, as well as with Canada’s largest public multinational aviation manufacturer prior to joining the KD Services team in 2019. Integrity/Ethics, professionalism, innovation and risk management are all of Yonatan’s dominant characteristics.

    Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Gabrielle Drouin cumulates 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She as worked in unionized and nonunionized environment as well as in various sectors of activity. Being involved in fast paced and rapidly growing environment, Gabrielle was able to learn valuable experience that helped her shape a vision that now supports KD and its teams through the challenges and opportunities related to change management. Her approach puts the development of the human at the center of the transformation of the company, thus allowing the evolution of the corporate objectives to be in harmony with those of the employees.

Salloua stands out for her qualifications in performance management, her interpersonal and writing skills, but also for her adaptability and flexibility.
